StarkSemi is a leading vertically integrated MicroLED device manufacturer (IDM) specializing in GaN-on-Si technology. Established in 2024 in Wuhan’s East Lake High-Tech Development Zone, the company operates an 8-inch MicroLED R&D and production line and is building a world-class 8- and 12-inch, full-process MicroLED chip manufacturing facility. These capabilities enable end-to-end, in-house R&D and intelligent manufacturing-from epitaxy and device processing to wafer bonding, packaging, and testing. Leveraging its proprietary large-diameter GaN-on-Si technology and high-precision hybrid-bonding processes, StarkSemi develops and manufactures high-efficiency MicroLED chips and microdisplays.
